| Back | DP5E - Work Order Program Create a Work Order Completed or Uncompleted Administration Screen |
| Besides creating a work order from a work station, a work order can be created from the "Administration". To create a work order to submit, or if you are entering work order tickets that are already completed, the entire entry of the work order can be accomplished here very quickly. |
| Administration Screen The screen below is a close replica of the program screen that is used. You can get a feel for what it is like to create a work order with this screen as the drop downs are active, and with a few entries that we put in there ourselves for demonstration. In the program your own items would be able to be entered in the dropdowns because everything that you initially type in gets added to the drop down for the future. If you just want to practice creating an Uncompleted or Completed work order to send you can accomplish this here by filling in the fields. If you want to enter the entire Completed work order you just complete below the "Completed Work Order" line the - Man Hours, Completed By, Remarks (if you have any), and the date completed. You can also enter your own Work Order Number by putting it in the "Manual WO #" box and it will override the automatic work order #. (Click on Drop Downs for Examples) |
