      Software downloaded or received from the WDS web site and Weston Data Systems is provided with a 90 day, 100% satisfaction guaranteed warranty, promising refund or replacement on software purchased. By purchasing WDS-Software you agree with the conditions and limitations of the software.

    WDS Software could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. WDS may make changes to the software or documentation made available on its web site and in user manuals. Some documentation may be out of date, and Weston Data Systems makes every effort to update such materials for the customer at no cost to the customer.
    WDS assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the software or documentation available from its web site or order mailings.

    In no event shall Weston Data Systems be liable to you or any third parties for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not WDS has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use of this software. Weston Data Systems always recommends making restore points and backing up files in advance of installing any software, whether it is WDS or any other software. Any customer who purchases Work Order Software that is intended to be installed on a server will be contacted prior to shipping or download concerning their server configuration, and restore point and file backup will be recommended.

    The use of the software downloaded through the WDS site or shipped to you in the form of a CD is done at your own discretion and risk and with agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such activities. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Weston Data Systems or from the WDS web site shall create any warranty for the software.

    Weston Data Systems makes every effort to test all software on all or most computer program and server program combinations, but it is impossible to cover every configuration and at the same time keep up with changes Microsoft updates to every program and server program. If there is any problem that develops, Weston Data Systems is not liable, but will assist in correcting the problem.

    IN WESTON DATA HISTORY, DATING BACK TO WHEN WE STARTED IN 1999 THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY PROBLEM WITH OUR SOFTWARE THAT HAS NOT BEEN EASILY CORRECTABLE.
