When you click on "View / Print One
Week" the program searches the database to find records that fall within
the week it is going to display according to the dates and intervals you have
entered in the database.
The program will then display the records in the spreadsheet like the example
below. In this example the
records are displayed, sorted by date. You can also select "Sort by Record #",
which will list the data in
the record number order rather than the date.
In this spreadsheet you can put in your own heading on each of the 5 pages,
you can edit the field names
to match your requirements, and you can adjust the column widths and margins a
little to make it work
better for you. You can work with this spreadsheet in the same way as any
Excel spreadsheet.
