"Future Schedules" is a unique function that allows the viewing of any future schedule
without disturbing anything in the program. By selecting a week on
the calendar which comes up when you click on the "Future Schedules"
button you will be able to view any week in any year in the future.
THIS IS NOT A WAY TO CREATE YOUR SCHEDULES, AS THIS FUNCTION DOES NOT
PERMANENTLY CREATE ARCHIVE FILES, ALLOW THE COMPLETION OF THE
SCHEDULES, OR
ALLOW THE CREATING OF FUTURE WORK ORDERS. The normal way to print
and create a weekly schedule is to click on the "View
and Print 1 week" button. The most useful part of this function is that it enables one to see if the database is balanced and does not have an excessive amount of items in one week and only a few in another week. If the schedules are way out of balance you can adjust the starting dates in the database to balance the schedule. |
 Opens the schedule requested in spreadsheet form just as in the normal weekly schedules. |
