Edit Master Maintenance Request
This button brings you to the blank Maintenance Request form below.   Edit Master WO Button   The top 4 lines will automatically be filled in by the
work order program as it sees all the items in the database and creates a master Maintenance Request for each item automatically.
Editing each master Maintenance Request is a feature which allows you to add information or procedures
for an individual maintenance request. The added information then will stay on the form for all future maintenance requests for this item unless you change them.
Some of the additional information that could be added to the maintenance request might be:

--More detailed procedures for completing the Maintenance Request
--The belt or filter sizes or other part sizes that are needed
--A list of the tools that are required to complete the work order
--Notes on other things to look for while servicing the equipment
 

Except for the top 4 lines, you can change the form in any way that fits your needs
within the limits of the functions that an Excel form can create.

Yes, you can even put a picture of the equipment in the Master Work Order if you like. This is OK, but too many pictures will increase the storage space needed for the program. In some cases it can be helpful.
