This screen shows all of the Maintenance Requests from the work order dispatch software that have been created and archived. To access these archived Work Orders, find the desired one and click on it to open. First you would look for the appropriate database name and then the equipment name and date

The archived Maintenance Requests are listed by Database, Equipment name, Location and Date.
The manual work orders are displayed by Date, Database and Number Sequence starting at 001 for that date.
