    The Preventive Maintenance Schedule allows you to keep track of all your Single Database Maintenance Scheduling needs. The Program Installs simply and easily. You do need a minimum of 7mb of harddrive space for the program itself and at least another 7mb of harddrive space for the database and years of records. It runs on a Pentium 75Mhz or faster, running Windows® 98 second edition or higher, and Office 2000 or higher.
 When Maintenance is Due, Where the Equipment is, What Needs to be done. Preventive Maintenance tracking can mean the difference between your equipment running for years with minimal expense for repairs and having to call in an expensive repair technician two, three or more times a year. It is a know fact that by performing Preventive Maintenance on any Equipment will extend the life of that Equipment beyond the Expected Manufacturers Life of that Equipment.
    This program has the Work Order or Maintenance Request Form capability where you can print work orders for all items in a particular schedule automatically and also you can create a manual work order for a task that is not on the database.
    The program also allows you to be able to set up your Maintenance Request Form in the way that works best for you.
