Program Overall Description

All of our PM Maintenance Software are designed to make it as easy as possible to set up and operate
a scheduling program on a facility for building maintenance.
We have basically 4 pm programs:
• SD10 – Single Schedule – for 1 database of any size and number of entries.
• SD15 – Multi Schedule – for multiple databases – commonly used for multiple building applications.
• W10 – Single Schedule w/work orders – 1 database like the SD10 but also automatically creates Work Orders of the scheduled items each week.
• W15 – Multi Schedule w/work orders – Multiple databases like the SD15 but also automatically creates Work Orders of the scheduled items each week.
Program Functions:
• Creates weekly schedules of maintenance items entered into the database.
   example: If an item has been set for a 1 day interval it will come up 7 times on a weekly schedule.
   If it has a 30 day interval it will come up once a month, etc.
• Archives all schedules created for access later
• Displays for each item – “Last date maintenanced”, “Next Maintenance Due”, “Last week printed”, “Seasonal status”, and “More Info Page”.
• “More Info Page” provides a place for records for each item. Keep records, Detailed procedures, inventory, parts required, tools required, etc.
   W10 and W15:
• These have the additional function of creating Work Orders on each item in the Database. Each week the work orders can be printed for that week in one step.
• Information on the Master work order forms can be added to include parts needed, tools needed, and special procedures or detailed procedures.
   Once the additional info is added, it stays with the work order for all future orders. Of course, they can be re-edited at any time.
